Prayer Requests
These are taken directly from the two sessions that we’ve had:
eskielover: about my husband. He has been living his life totally inside of himself & needs to come to terms with allowing the Spirit into his life.
recluse1: i would like for you to pray for my family and I. We are in the midst of a great struggle spiritually and financially. please pray for us to find the answers we seek. (Continued request)
SeptemberMorn: Sky and I got into it pretty heavy when she came back from vacation to the point that I had to put her on ignore. She’s off ignore now but we’re still not communicating. Pray that we can heal the present rift.
darco: my reguest is that you pray for all those that by accident stumble on Gods word and that it touch even a small part so that they could find the courage to come back and glorify His name.
eskielover: for guidance in what to do since refi fell through. with going through with the divorce & all
also ask that God touch and bless each person that was here, he knows all our needs.
SweetSunshine: Just that hubby’s work figures something out to get back to work or he finds another job soon. Benefits run out Wednesday. And that my new endeavor of losing weight is a success.

I would like to ask that we all pray for God’s love and guidance to continue to lead us in our daily lives. That we may all shine from the inside out with the Love of Christ towards one another and the world. So all may see the Jesus that resides within our hearts through our life and deed!

I found this prayer in one of my prayer books, “One minute Prayer for Women” by Hope Lyda. I found it to be very powerful and I think this prayer could benefit us all in helping us to be better Christians and better people in general.
Inherit a Blessing
“Lord, I am more likely to hold a grudge than release a blesing when someoone has hurt me. My reaction to conflict reveals how desperately I need Your forgiveness to flow through me. Heal me from the anger that rises so quickly. I want to reflect Your image to others, even those who are working against me.
Let me ponder Your holiness before facing a potentially difficult encounter or situation. I want to arm myself with Your word, Your strength, and Your compassion so I can honor Your name with my actions. I will inherit a blessing by spreading the legacy of Your love.”
As christians this is how God’s word tells us we should be. As people that struggle with human-nature, we often times are not. So I thought this prayer was a wonderful way of addressing this with God and asking for His help in this area. I know I need help with it.

I would like to ask that you pray for my mother. She is back in the hospital again and it seems that her lungs are not working very well. She has suffered with COPD, emphazema, and asthma for sometime now. As well as having had surgery for a cerebral aneurysm in her brain last spring.
Please remember her in your prayers as well as my family during this difficult time.
